SECTION 1: PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES

1.1 Order Processing

We aim to process and prepare all orders for shipment within 3 business days of successful payment confirmation. Business days do not include weekends or official public holidays.

1.2 Premium Carrier & Tracking

To ensure maximum speed and high-value security worldwide, all orders are shipped exclusively via FedEx International Priority.

  • As soon as your order has been dispatched from our facility, an automated shipment notification containing your FedEx tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

 

SECTION 2: DESTINATIONS & SHIPPING FEES

2.1 International Delivery

We offer worldwide shipping via our dedicated FedEx network. Delivery transit times will vary depending on the destination country and local customs clearance procedures.

2.2 Duties, Taxes, and Customs (Non-EU & EU)

Depending on your destination country, import fees will be handled in one of two ways at checkout:

  • Taxes & Duties Collected at Checkout (DDP): For selected regions (including the USA, UK, and EU), applicable import duties, VAT, and customs taxes are calculated and collected directly at checkout. The total price paid is final, and you will not face any additional charges or FedEx clearance fees upon delivery.
  • Taxes & Duties Not Collected (DAP): If no duties or taxes were collected during checkout, your order is shipped Delivered At Place (DAP). In this case, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or FedEx brokerage fees levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
  • Customs Clearance: RG Crystals Ltd is not responsible for transit delays caused by routine local customs inspections or regulatory clearance holds.


SECTION 3: ADDRESS ACCURACY & LIABILITY

3.1 Customer Responsibility

It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that the complete shipping address—including street names, apartment/suite numbers, postal codes, and a valid contact phone number—is accurate and completely error-free at the time of checkout.

3.2 Misdeliveries and Lost Shipments

RG Crystals Ltd is strictly not liable for delivery delays, misdeliveries, or lost shipments that result from incorrect, outdated, or incomplete address details provided by the buyer. In alignment with our Return & Refund Policy, shipments that are undeliverable or returned to sender due to addressing errors are not eligible for shipping fee refunds or free replacements.
